fauneto.com ("Fauneto", "we", "us") is an online store based in Seville, Spain. You can contact us at contact@fauneto.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on fauneto.com. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

3. Orders

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country at checkout and include taxes. Standard delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. The items become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee lets you return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the size doesn't fit, we will exchange it free of charge. Full details, including your legal right to cancel, are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty items

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, we will replace or refund it as set out in our Refund Policy, and you keep all the rights your local consumer law gives you.

8. Using our products safely

Fauneto ear muffs are designed to help dogs feel more comfortable around loud noise. They are not a medical device and are not a treatment for any condition. Always check that the fit is comfortable, supervise your dog while they wear them, remove them if your dog shows signs of distress, and do not leave your dog unattended while wearing them. If your dog has severe or ongoing anxiety, please speak to your vet.

9. Our website

We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

10. Our liability to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
